After former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) withdrew his name from consideration for U.S. Attorney General, President-Elect Donald Trump was quick to make his new choice for the position and the Democrats INSTANTLY started crying because the pick is so good.

President Trump announced that he had selected former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi for the position.

And it certainly didn’t take long for the left to start losing it over this pick. MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson claimed that Bondi is “dangerous” because…“she’s competent.”

“Pam Bondi is exactly what I was saying in the last segment that we should all fear because she’s competent,” Johnson said.

“We may not agree with her ideologically, but she actually knows how to do this job,” he said. “So if anyone on the Democratic side or anyone who cared about liberty or justice was thinking, well, maybe Matt Gaetz will screw this up and that’ll give us some time — no. Pam Bondi knows what she’s doing.”

Bondi ABSOLUTELY knows what she’s doing and when Johnson talks about “caring liberty or justice” what he really means is caring about protecting the one-sided justice system that has become par for the course at our Department of Justice.

As Attorney General, Pam Bondi would do an incredible job of fixing that.

But it’s not just that. The Democrats are terrified that Bondi will help Trump advance his plans to clean up the migrant crisis in America, which is just bizarre to me that they refuse to accept that the American people don’t want millions upon millions of illegal immigrants committing crimes on our streets.

“She knows what she’s doing about immigration. Remember, Florida is one of those states that’s been very aggressive about migrants and deportation and moving people to different states and everything else like that,” Johnson said.

“She is a dangerous and effective pick and that’s, frankly, worse than what we would have got with Matt Gaetz, even with the deplorable moral background that he has.”

In other words, the Democrats are scared of Bondi as Attorney General because they KNOW she will, for lack of a better phrase, “get sh*t done.”

Alongside his announcement nominating her, Trump pointed to the fact that Bondi was the first female Attorney General of Florida, and that she helped make the state safer.

“Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on violent criminals, and made the streets safe for Florida families,” Trump said. “She did such an incredible job, that I asked her to serve on our Opioid and Drug Abuse Commission during my first term. We saved many lives!”

Gaetz applauded the choice by Trump, saying that Pam Bondi is a “stellar selection” by the incoming President.

“She’s a proven litigator, an inspiring leader and a champion for all Americans,” he continued. “She will bring the needed reforms to DOJ,” he added.
