California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom just proved AGAIN how bad he is at his job – abandoning THOUSANDS of trapped residents in his state during a major crisis.

Newsom – who has said he’ll run for the presidency in 2024 if Biden drops out – fled the state during the major fallout from a blizzard that just smacked California residents upside the head.

He left on “personal travel” after declaring a state of emergency a week AFTER the blizzard hit, and failing to bring in the National Guard to save suffering residents as he promised he would.

Residents of Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, and other towns were stranded in the San Bernardino mountains while Newsom vacationed out of town.

Hundreds of people lined up for food, animal feed, firewood and aid but the majority of them left with NOTHING after the Democrat leader failed to provide the assistance.

Now locals are running out of food and medicine with some still trapped in their homes, where snowdrifts several feet high are blocking access to driveways and doors. And people have begun giving up hope that the rescue effort will EVER arrive.

The blizzard left many of the mountain residents in the woke green state without power and the conditions remain brutal.

One resident said she hasn’t seen a snowplow in eight days, which has trapped her and the neighbors in roughly 80 homes with which she shares a road.

Another revealed that a walk to a neighbor’s home which normally takes a few minutes took her son 30, adding that the local grocery store’s roof collapsed in.

The San Bernardino Sun reported that a cancer patient only TWO WEEKS into her treatment has been forced to put the life-saving chemotherapy on pause because, like thousands of her neighbors, she’s trapped at home.

She contacted the Sheriff’s Department who suggested she take a shuttle from a local shelter — which she’d have to walk to — but that would be IMPOSSIBLE for a cancer patient to make, especially in these brutal conditions.

While residents calls for help went unanswered and aid that Governor Newsom promised never showed up, that didn’t stop the Democrat poster boy from remaining active on social media while he was out of town – engaging in national politics by attacking Republicans in other states for things like being pro-life.

Not that Newsom was ever the most caring governor to begin with (has anyone seen how bad LA is lately, probably not, tourism has virtually dried up in the area), his dream of REPLACING Joe Biden seems to have gone to his head.

If he ever cared about Californians, that is LONG GONE and he’s making that clear.

Governor hair gel wants so badly to be allowed to rule over all of America, not just California, and institute his liberal policies and health mandates on the rest of the nation.

Gavin has had his fair share of barb trading with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who has enjoyed even more national attention than Newsom, but unlike his Democrat rival, that has never stopped DeSantis from focusing on his state!

During multiple storms, DeSantis has reliably declared a state of emergency days BEFORE the storm arrives – not a week after. In the aftermath, DeSantis has also never chosen to leave the state for “personal travel” while residents remain trapped and desperate.

THIS is the difference between a serious presidential contender in DeSantis and a complete JOKE of a fraud in Newsom.
