Bragg Surrenders, Won’t Block Trump’s Request for Sentencing Delay

The Democrats on stage at the convention in Chicago this week had better watch their big, fat mouths. They keep calling Donald Trump a “convicted felon.” This is a vicious lie and an act of willful defamation. President Trump is not a convicted felon under the law.

He should file lawsuits against every single Democrat on that stage who uses the phrase to smear him, just to be a spiteful jerk to them. They deserve it.

Especially since it now looks like Trump is never even going to be sentenced for the 34 fake crimes in the New York hush money/extortion case.

Let’s review the timeline of what happened in this case earlier this year.

Donald Trump was put on trial for 34 fake crimes in a New York courtroom. Alvin Bragg was the prosecutor, and Judge Juan Merchan was the leader of this kangaroo court proceeding.

A rigged jury of anti-Trump Biden voters from Manhattan found Donald Trump guilty of accounting errors, in which payments to his lawyer (which Trump never made himself) were listed on the books as “legal expenses.”

This is somehow only a crime in New York when Donald Trump does it. Trump’s sentencing was originally scheduled for July 11th.

Then, Donald Trump ended Joe Biden’s political career during the June 19th debate. The cat was out of the bag. Diaper Joe really had been pooping his pants all this time because of advanced dementia. They wanted to force Joe out, but he stubbornly refused to step aside.

On July 1st, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents have immunity from prosecution for official acts while they are in office.

On July 2nd, Merchan rescheduled Trump’s sentencing date to September 18th. The reason why Merchan did this is because the Biden regime still had one trick up their sleeve that would allow Joe Biden to stay in the race:

Kill Donald Trump.

“Allegedly.”

Donald Trump was shot on July 13th, two days before the RNC convention started. If Trump had been murdered that day, it would have been a chaotic convention after which a Deep State-approved neocon—most likely Nikki Haley—would have emerged as the nominee.

With Trump out of the way, we would have a Joe Biden vs. Nikki Haley race today, and the Deep State would not care who won the election. It can control either one of them.

Trump has now asked Merchan to delay his sentencing until after the election. He is officially the Republican nominee, Joe Biden’s assassination attempt against him failed, and the sentencing is scheduled for right in the middle of the election season. It’s obvious election interference and always has been.

Alvin Bragg surrendered to Trump in this request to delay the sentencing until after the election. In a filing on Monday, Bragg agreed to defer the decision on the delay to Judge Merchan. But the prosecutor’s office is not opposing the sentencing delay, as Bragg has the right to do.

Gee, why not?

The reason is that Bragg’s prosecutors, Judge Merchan, and President Trump’s lawyers all know what happened during that kangaroo court trial. Merchan admitted evidence into the trial that fell under the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling, which came down almost two months after the rigged jury found Trump guilty.

Merchan allowed evidence into the trial that was completely unrelated and which fell under President Trump’s official duties. The only legal option that Merchan has left is to declare a mistrial so that Trump walks free.

Merchan’s next move will tell us what he plans to do. If he extends the sentencing date until after the election, it will mean that he plans to declare a mistrial. If he were to declare a mistrial on September 18th, it would only help Donald Trump. Merchan is a flaming hard-left communist so he obviously doesn’t want to help Trump’s election chances.

Bottom line: If Merchan delays the sentencing until after the election, it will mean that he’s going to declare a mistrial.

In the meantime, Donald Trump is still not a “convicted felon,” because he has never been sentenced for the quote-unquote crime of labeling payments to his lawyer as legal expenses. It’s looking like Donald Trump will never be a “convicted felon.” And we really hope that he sues the pants off all these loudmouths who are calling him a convicted felon.
