The coronavirus shots have been killing an average of 70 Americans a day since July 24th, per the CDC’s own numbers (compared to 282 deaths from COVID per day). A dementia patient known as Joe Biden says he’s running out of patience with the “unvaccinated.” Do you know who I’m running out of patience with? People who are still considering taking the shots at this point. The people in charge have done nothing but lie to us for the past 18 months about anything and everything related to this Chinese flu virus. If you’re still thinking that they are suddenly going to tell you the truth about just this one thing that will help you make up your mind about the “vaccines,” I… I just have no more patience for you.
Especially now that the government is actively working with Big Tech to try to restrict ALL of your access to truthful data about masks, the “vaccines,” the lack of efficacy of the “vaccines,” and the fact that the “vaccines” are now killing almost as many people as the virus itself. Right on the heels of Joe Biden’s sweeping, unconstitutional “vaccine” mandates, Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (D-MA) is demanding that books that contain truthful data about COVID be burned.
Here are some really interesting facts about Supreme Court cases that are being used to uphold the stupid argument that Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate is legal and/or constitutional.
1883: The Supreme Court ruled that racial discrimination is perfectly legal and justified in a series of cases, all of which were decided by 8-1 majorities.
1895: US v. Knight, the court ruled that monopolies are great and totally permissible, in an 8-1 decision.
1896: Plessy v. Ferguson, the court ruled that “separate but equal” (i.e., segregated) schools were just ducky in a 7-1 decision.
1905: Lochner v. New York, the court ruled that workers have no rights at all when it comes to their employers (no rights, no vacation, no paid leave, no lunch breaks, etc., etc.), in a 5-4 decision.
1917: Debs v. USA, the court ruled unanimously 9-0 that Americans can go to jail for questioning the US government.
1918: Hammer v. Dagenhart, the court ruled that child labor is just fine in a 5-4 decision.
1923: Adkins v. Children’s Hospital, the court ruled that a minimum wage is illegal in a 5-3 decision.
As you can see, the Supreme Court has, at times, been populated by a pack of total idiots just like John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett today. The court has made some really poor decisions from time to time (Roe v. Wade, for example), which were later overturned by subsequent courts. But the legal justification for Joe Biden’s totalitarian vaccine mandates last week is actually from a decision that occurred smack dab in the middle of that string of decisions above. The court ruled in 1905 in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that a mandate for the smallpox vaccine was legal.
This case is now being used as the excuse to claim that vaccine mandates are totally the law of the land in America today, when the Supreme Court at the time was a pack of totalitarian idiots. There’s a very real chance that Jacobson v. Massachusetts will be overturned in the near future, especially since smallpox was about 100X more dangerous than this Chinese flu.
I can’t take any credit for the research above, by the way. We have Alex Berenson to thank for that. Alex is a former New York Times reporter who now primarily makes his living by writing fiction novels (which are pretty good). When coronavirus first hit America’s shores, Berenson got really curious about what the actual data says about this virus, as opposed to what our corrupt government and health care officials are telling us.
He has subsequently written four bestselling tracts that are available through Amazon, which solely contain factual data from government sources about COVID, masks, the vaccines and so on. Alex Berenson is the main reason why Elizabeth Warren sent a scathing six-page letter to Amazon right after Joe Biden announced his tyrannical vaccine mandates. Warren is demanding that Amazon either completely erase Berenson’s four bestselling tracts from its sales list (burn them!) or change its search algorithms so that Berenson’s completely factual data can never be read by the public.
Amazon tried to censor Berenson’s work after he published his first tract about all of the data proving that masks are stupid and actually endanger your health if you wear them for too long. It was only after pressure from Elon Musk and other Americans that Amazon relented and continued to sell the little booklet. Will Americans still stand up for freedom of speech this time, now that Elizabeth Warren is demanding that all four of Berenson’s booklets be censored? Stay tuned.
