While most Democrats in Congress sat around doing nothing for the duration of Chuck Schumer’s vanity shutdown, California Senator Adam Schiff was hard at work. He’s soliciting donations for a legal defense fund. Someone at the DOJ must have tipped him off that there’s a criminal indictment coming soon. Meanwhile, Schiff’s Russia collusion compadre in the House, Rep. Eric Swalwell, may have just been disqualified from serving in Congress at all.
About a year ago, I mentioned that if President Trump ever really wanted to stick it to his enemies in Congress, he should start by looking at their mortgage records. Many members of Congress, perhaps dozens, live in mansions that they never have to make mortgage payments on. That’s a bribe from the banking industry. It happens in both parties, which is why no one ever blows the whistle on it.
Adam “Pencil Neck” Schiff is in legal jeopardy because of mortgage documents that he appears to have fraudulently signed. He has a Maryland home near DC that is listed as his “primary residence.” Schiff also maintains a small condo in his home district in Burbank, CA. The documents that he signed on the condo also list it as his “primary residence.”
That’s mortgage fraud. Schiff hardly ever spends time in California these days. He doesn’t have much reason to go to his home state, ever since his best friend and megadonor Ed Buck went to prison for being a gay serial killer.
Read more about Rep. Schiff’s alleged sexcapades with gay serial killer and Democrat megadonor Ed Buck HERE and HERE. Before you click to read the stories though, be warned they are filthy, do not read around tiny humans who may ask you what the word orgy means.
Politico notes:
“As Schiff solicits dollars for a legal defense fund and builds an expansive political operation prepared to do damage control around any potential charges, Schiff’s Democratic colleagues in Congress are increasingly anxious about their own vulnerability.”
Why would they be anxious if they’ve done nothing wrong? What an odd thing to say!
FBI Director Kash Patel has also accused Schiff of leaking classified information to the media to try to damage President Trump. This happened continuously when Schiff was the chairman of the powerful House Intelligence Committee.
As for Eric Swalwell, his troubles are also of a financial nature. He’s not facing criminal indictment, though.
Last week, we told readers about Swalwell’s lavish spending habits with campaign donor money. He’s been paying a Jamaican immigrant $10,000 a month for the past three years. Swalwell’s campaign filings indicate that the payments are for private security. But the Jamaican immigrant isn’t a bodyguard. He owns a limousine company in Los Angeles.
Swalwell is riding around in a limousine like he’s Mr. Monopoly every time he shows up in L.A., which is far from his home district.
Swalwell represents District 15 in California. That’s a problem. According to a new investigation, Swalwell doesn’t appear to own a home in District 15, or even in California.
Article 1, Section 2 of the US Constitution states, “No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.”
The California Elections Code is even more specific than the US Constitution. It says that a person must have a fixed habitation in the state, and that habitation must be “the place where a person intends to return and remain.”
Investigators can’t seem to find any proof that Eric Swalwell has a residence in California. His “primary residence” is a home that he purchased in DC. There is no public record anywhere in California that shows Eric Swalwell owns a home or even leases an apartment or condo. He doesn’t appear to be a California resident, which is a prerequisite for being a California congressman.
Disqualifying Swalwell from being in Congress is unlikely to happen. However, his primary opponents for the 2026 midterm elections could bring this up to challenge his eligibility to run for reelection. It would be hilarious if someone figured out a way to immediately disqualify him and kick him out of the House tomorrow.
It’s going to be interesting if the Democrat Party’s donors continue shelling out money to Schiff and Swalwell amid these scandals. The donors have completely cut off Kamala Harris after she blew more than a billion dollars in funds last year. Will they get fed up with paying Adam Schiff’s legal bills and Eric Swalwell’s limousine services?
